All orders are subject to these terms and conditions.  By placing an order with canvasmagic.co.uk (EMELLISH Ltd) is considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.          

By sending us (canvasmagic.co.uk (EMELLISH Ltd) your image(s), you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained written permission from the copyright owner to use the image(s), which then permits us to print it in accordance with your order .

Orders will normally be produced and dispatched from our premises within 48 hours of payment of initial order. Payments made by postal order or cheque will not be processed until funds have cleared.  Failure to reply our emails with regards to quality issues etc may also cause delays in processing your order. We (EMELLISH Ltd) accept no responsibility of liability for costs a buyer incurs due to late arrival of our product.          

Orders will only be processed during working hours. canvasmagic.co.uk (EMELLISH Ltd) operates working days of Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm. canvasmagic.co.uk (EMELLISH Ltd) frequently work on weekends and bank holidays but these are excluded from our dispatch times. If ever we have a “shut down” period this will be made clear on our homepage and expected dispatch times displayed.       

 All images of products are intended to give a reasonable representation of the final product.

 Canvasmagic.co.uk (EMELLISH Ltd) will not accept any responsibility for image quality issues other than those arising from faulty manufacturing process.  Please be aware that colours may vary slightly to those displayed on your monitor.                     

 If a product is delivered damaged or is lost by the shipping agent, we will send you a replacement canvas at no charge to you.  We reserve the right to request the damaged item be returned for evaluation purposes         

 We offer a 14 day return on all items, as part of this agreement we will not include our shipping costs. The customer must pay the return shipping but this will be refunded when we receive the goods in satisfactory condition. This does not apply to personalised items (photo on canvas and personal messages on canvases)

 Statutory Instrument 2000 No. 2334 The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Exceptions to the right to cancel 13. - (1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts - c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

All due care has been made to insure all images we produce onto canvas are in the public domain, covered by the GNU free documentation license or that we have express permissions to use the images in this manner. None of our images are endorsed by any companies, trademarks or people that may be depicted in our artworks. If you believe we are breaching your copyright, intellectual rights or otherwise please contact us and upon proof of ownership we will remove products you prove to be in breach.

 canvasmagic.co.uk (EMELLISH Ltd) have the right, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you.
